Delivery Options

Sweet Tree will deliver UK wide.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should your order be received damaged please contact us via e-mail at customerservices@sweettreebybrowns.co.uk within 2 working days of its receipt. 

We normally always process and dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm  – Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. 

We use the Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service for standard delivery, £3.95. Order before 1pm for same day dispatch.

Free Delivery option is enabled at the checkout, for any order over £30. To benefit this delivery method, the order value must be over £30. Free delivery cannot be applied to orders that have a discount code applied.

There is no difference in shipping times, between Standard Delivery and Free Delivery .

Next Working Day Delivery is available upon Checkout for £7.95. Orders requiring Next Working Day Delivery must be placed before 1pm.

Saturday Delivery is available upon Checkout for £12.95. Orders requiring Saturday Delivery must be placed before 1pm. 

Want to buy now and send later? At the checkout there is an optional section for “Order Notes”. Here you can make a request for a future delivery date. Please note that we use Royal Mail as our courier, and delivery days are Mon-Fri. If you want a Saturday Delivery, you will need to select this as the delivery option at the checkout. Other than the Saturday Delivery option, we cannot guarantee future delivery on a desired date. However, if you select the standard delivery option (Royal Mail tracked 48 hr), we will always send your item 3 days before the desired date. This will be with the aim for your order to arrive on time, or the day before it is needed (to avoid any disappointments).
