When placing an order with Sweet Tree by Browns all orders are subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below:
Returns and refund Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us in the original packaging within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or miss described.
Delivery

Sweet Tree By Browns will deliver UK wide. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs. All packages will be sent via a courier service or delivered by our own service vehicles. Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by emailing customerservices@sweettreebybrowns.co.uk within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of our couriers need to be left as they were delivered to you.

All Postage and handling costs are based on the size of your product.

We endeavor to have all orders dispatched within 5-7 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

Sweet Tree by Browns welcomes your feedback on our products and services through our site and social media platforms. Following purchase you will be sent an automatic follow-up e-mail with an invitation to submit a product review.

By submitting reviews and contributions on this website forum, you are granting Sweet Tree by Browns Limited a nonexclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such content throughout the world via any media.

• No single word review
• No spamming or advertising – reviews shall not contain commercial web or e-mail addresses and no promotional or advertising material of any kind including the pricing and availability information and alternative ordering information
• No HTML tags
• Reviews should be genuine experiences and content should be relevant and helpful to other users of the website
• Reviews are to be written and shall be published in English
• Users should not use false e-mail addresses, impersonate others or in any way mislead as to their identity. Sweet Tree by Browns Limited confirms that any personal identifiable information such as addresses, phone numbers or URL’s will be removed and reviews or contributions may not be published
• Contributors under the age of 18 should get the permission of a parent or guardian before submitting any review or contribution.
